A Wildside bushcraft teambuilding challenge would be to create fire by friction and then boil water to make hot drinks. This could be done as a group exercise with no hierarchy or in groups with a leader who would delegate responsibilities. Full instruction in fire-making is given in advance, and we provide bow-drill sets.

We can provide training in knife work and/or making natural cordage, followed by preparation of craft items. This creates a non-competitive opportunity for participants to converse in a relaxed and non-threatening environment, whilst working on a chosen task.

We are also developing a range of teamwork exercises that involve problem solving, planning, cooperation, communication and leadership.

We provide good quality meals that are fair trade, organic and locally sourced as far as possible. We can alternatively recommend Lakeview Manor for food and conference facilities.
