We welcome primary and secondary school groups for camping and residential experiences. We put together a programme for your stay which can include games, bushcraft, woodcraft, birds of prey, archery, nature activities (including in the dark), river-dipping, orienteering and a hike.

2 & 3 day camps

Far more than just a programme of activities... a Wildside residential is a unique opportunity for children to engage in a journey of self-discovery. It is a very special time of bonding for staff and children.

The experience is always very personal, with only one group staying at a time. The Wildside staff get to know every child by name and are present throughout. They love to watch the children grow in confidence and self-esteem.

We frequently witness changes in group dynamics over the course of a residential. Children and staff settle into a natural rhythm, calming and gelling as a team - especially after 2 nights. Children look out for, help and encourage each other.

Tired and happy children return home, full of stories and special memories that they really will never forget.

Can’t praise ‘Wildside’ enough! Taking part in the whole experience is a highlight of the year for our pupils.
— Lindsay Gabriel, Executive Principal for the Collaborative Academies Trust and Ofsted Inspector.
